Five Week Construction Dispute

TrialView was engaged by three law firms to enable them digitally prepare for and operate a five week action in the Technology and Construction Court. The matter involved a very significant datasets with tens of thousands of documents. Using TrialView technology the parties created a fully hyperlinked and cross referenced virtual bundle. Significant video footage was also employed in the virtual bundle showing construction practices relevant to the issues in the case.

Integrated Video Conferencing

A number of witnesses provided evidence remotely using TrialView integrated video feature. Witnesses could follow proceedings and give evidence whilst simultaneously seeing the documents being presented. The digital facilities allows for seamless interaction between remote and in-person participants.
