We are looking for a highly motivated and determined Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is a direct path to a successful career in B2B SaaS sales and you will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities.

If you thrive on the challenge of outbound sales, are naturally curious about technology, and want to launch your career in a high-growth sector, this is the role for you.

What you'll do

  • Build and run highly targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to open first conversations with target accounts.
  • Follow up on our inbound and outbound leads consistently with clear value propositions and defined next steps to maintain momentum and move leads toward a meeting.
  • Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to align on target accounts and ensure clean, effective handoffs for meetings. Align efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Diligently log all activity, prospect notes, and updates accurately in HubSpot.
  • Share what you hear regarding competitive intelligence and client challenges to help sharpen our messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Engage leads before and after key events or campaigns to drive measurable pipeline generation.

What you'll bring

  • Experience: Ideally 0-1 year of experience in a professional customer-facing, or cold-calling role. Recent graduates eager to start a career in sales are highly encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • A high-energy, resilient, and persistent personality. You are not intimidated by gates, voicemail, or rejection and you are motivated by success.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value clearly and concisely to senior legal professionals.
  • A genuine interest in the legal industry and SaaS technology.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills to handle a high volume of daily activities.
  • Familiarity with or a willingness to quickly learn sales tools.
