Sensitive Commercial Action

TrialView was engaged by Mischon de Reya and TLT for a complex commercial dispute involving confidentiality ring and sensitive documentation. Both parties used TrialViews’s virtual workspace to prepare relevant trial bundles, case preparation and hearing services. As recorded in the decision of Court, evidence presentation and remove video facilities were also enables on TrialView’s integrated video platform.

“A superb system”

The hearing took place in the Rolls Building in London. Lead silk on the Claimant side, Mr Robert Anderson KC his admiration for the platform during its operation, noting it was a “superb system” and it was “working exceptionally well”. Due to TrialView’s special permissions for viewing documents, the confidentiality ring could operated seamlessly. Users inside the ring could continue view documents when presented in Court but the system ensured those who were outside the ring never saw the documents, even when presented to the Judge.
